Suomen Sisu has a double organisation. There is an active part and an official part. This article is about the active part. The model of Suomen Sisu's active organisation is formed from object-oriented programming. The basic idea is that every activity group or cell has its own information and own methods and interfaces to surroundings. This is just a general overview of the model, not a specific one.
For historical reasons, we in Suomen Sisu have noticed problems with centralized organisation. Decentralizing activities make the organisation stronger against outer threats. However, so-called "leaderless resistance" is not the answer for an organisation like us. The organisation must be led and organised. Our activity organisation is formed by autonomous cells that too obey our declaration of principles.
There can be many different kinds of cells, but there are a few common things between all: we require that as a interface, a cell must have a "near leader," whose main responsibility is to keep contact with others. How a cell organises itself innerly, is its own business.
It is natural for human groups that someone rises as a central character and that someone is a natural leader. Someone can be the hardworking one, the most active one, opinion leader, specially skilled, maybe the loudest or biggest one or just a nice guy that everyone likes. So, a near leader is the one who keeps the group going on and fresh. Near leader should also be the one with whom members of the group feel very near.
A Cell can organise itself how it sees the best. It may be democratic, meritocratic, oligarchic, authoritarian or a loose group, but what's important is that groups find their own way. This is how everyone in the nationalist movement can finally find a group suitable for him/her. A Cell might also be a general local cell.
